A tight route close to home. That's on purpose.
The route
I'm based in Davenport Station and keep my route within a few miles of it. These are the neighborhoods I'm in every week:

- Savannah Ridge
- Salem Highway corridor
Why the route is tight
One person, one trailer. When my lawns sit minutes apart, weather delays stay small and nobody's yard gets skipped for a drive across town. A tight route is what lets a one-man operation be dependable instead of just cheap.
That means I take new lawns selectively, and homes near my current customers get priority. If your neighbor is on my route, say so in the quote request. It helps.
Outside the route?
Send a request anyway. Commercial properties and large lots get looked at case by case, and the drive matters less when the job fits the schedule. Worst case, I'll tell you straight that it's too far.
